Executive Franchise Manager

With 20 years of experience in the development and expansion of franchises, mundoFranquicia is promoting the creation of a new entity, Alfa EFE (αF), a franchise accelerator whose objective is the co-management of projects with great growth potential. For the development and execution of this project we are promoting the incorporation of a Franchise Executive Manager with the following functions:

• Identification, assumption and achievement of the strategic objectives set by the Project Management.
• Strategic definition of the Franchise Business.
• Generation of the documentation required by the Franchise Project.
• Network Expansion and Management: Ongoing consultancy.
• Management Control over the Franchising Centre.

To fulfil these functions we are looking for professionals who meet the following requirements:

• Solid experience in the development and expansion of franchise projects.
• Training and experience in areas related to Management Control.
• Ability to integrate in multidisciplinary teams.
• Orientation towards the strategic objectives identified by the company.
• Permanent dialogue with the network’s franchisees.
